Anything from toilet paper rolls, to little chewable hay-woven houses, to nestlets for the ones who would stand on anything else to get to the top and chew out.  It depends on the preferences of the mice in each cage, heh.

Yeah, my guys love the coconuts. I like them as well, as it kind of gives a tropical kinda feel to it.

I'll try the coconuts, but I just use those mouse igloos from petstores. I have been using the same ones for four or five years. probably time for a change! ;D
